Hey all! My name is Josh, and I absolutely could not be more excited about being back in the kitchen. A million years ago I attended the Baltimore International College's culinary arts program, from which I transferred to Johnson and Whales' Providence, RI campus. I worked in numerous kitchens along the way before taking a little detour through Paris Island. I Rejoined the restaurant life in 2013 as a bartender, moving to manager and beverage director, while getting my B.S. in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from good old West Chester U. I’ve spent the better part of my life amassing the knowledge and skills to fulfill my dream of owning and operating a small, concierge style personal chef company. Though COVID has been tough and frustrating, it presented a wonderful opportunity to make the best of a bad situation, and thus Dining at Home with Chef Josh was born.
